Monday Gypsies Event for July Dress as a Gypsy

The special event day was hosted by Ray Quinn and Jessie McFarland.  Jessie was unable to attend as she was In Ireland celebrating her 50th Anniversary!

Ray handled everything without a hitch, including a format for the game that we had to make sure we read right for every hole.  It made for some interesting golf and I know our team had a lot of fun during the game!

After all the teams were in, we had lunch and then it was party time with Ray and Wendy Lewis looking after the prizes and the voting!

Anne Marie Rocheleau has the fortune tellers ball and must be giving Karen some good news as she is looking very happy! There was a basket with a glass ball in it on every table!

Ray was very generous with the prizes and anyone that didn't wear a gypsy costume to the party  could choose a scarf in whatever color they liked the best!  Awesome!

And the winners were Asia and myself (Jackie)and we both won some lovely prizes!

After the costumes were judged Anne decided to sing a little song and perform a little dance with her new scarf!

Many thanks to Ray and Jessie for all Their preparations and the work they put into organizing this event.  Everyone got a little goodie bag beside their plate at the table, and then there were so many more prizes given out!  We had a wonderful lunch served by Darlene and Toni.  A good time was had by all!
